Refund Policy
Course Cancellation Policy
Once students have registered for an e-course, they are granted access to all portions of that course. As a result, no refunds can be given after course registration and payment has taken place.
La Mode Guarantees that e-books and printed course material will be free from defects, and will be in an operable state for your learning.
There will be no money-back or refund if you order the course, then change your mind.

Shipping/ Delivery Policy
La Mode College of Creative Industries primarily delivers its courses via the internet. When you have registered for a course, you will be emailed the course content in PDF format, for you to download to your own personal computer.
Students have the option of ordering a printed version of the course for an additional cost. The printed version will be shipped within 14 working days to the address stated on the registration form.
La Mode Group uses Australia Post as its designated courier for delivering any course information.
